وی گفت: قرار است تا پایان سال سوم برنامه پنجم 30 درصد واحدهای گمركی كاهش یابد.

معاون وزیر اقتصاد تصریح كرد: اگر مترو و سایر دستگاه ها اسناد لازم را برای ترخیص در اختیار داشته باشند با توجه به اهمیت خدمات عمومی شرایط ترخیص مناسبی برای آنها در نظر گرفته خواهد شد.

وی با بیان آن كه، هر سازمانی در فرآیند واردات دارای وظیفه است، گفت: گمرك پس از اظهار كالا موظف به تسهیل ترخیص است.

معمارنژاد در خصوص مصوبه جدید واردات خودرو گفت: ورود خودرو دست دوم همچنان ممنوع است، و بر اساس مصوبه قبلی، واردات خودرو در گذشته تنها در صورتی امكان پذیر بود كه مدل خودرو مربوط به دو سال قبل باشد.

به گفته وی، بر اساس مصوبه جدید اگر ساخت خودرو مربوط به سه سال پیش باشد، اما نو باشد امكان ورود آن وجود دارد.

رییس كل گمرك ایران با تاكید بر این كه، به هیچ وجه تعداد قابل توجهی از خودرو وارداتی كه از تاریخ ترخیصشان گذشته باشد در گمرك وجود ندارد، گفت: این مصوبه تنها در راستای تسهیل واردات خودرو بوده است.
