بیژن ترقی ولی ترانه دیگری را با همکاری تجویدی ضبط کرده که به گمان من بهترین کار اوست. این ترانه "آتش کاروان" نام دارد و در سایه یکی از غزلیات او پدید آمده است. هر چند که در کتاب خاطرات او (از پشت دیوارهای خاطره) تاریخ سرودن ترانه مقدم بر غزل آمده است.

به هر حال تم هر دو یکی است ولی در ترانه، به سبب پیوند با موسیقی درخشان تجویدی و صدای رسای دلکش بسیار تاثیرگذارتر از کار در آمده است. از آن گذشته دو بیت از غزل، عینا در میانه ترانه به صورت آواز جای داده شده است. ابیات نخستین و پایانی غزل از زبان آتش بر جای مانده از کاروان، چنین است:

«بختم مدد نکرد که با کاروان روم/ می سوزم آن قدر که چو دود از میان روم

خاکسترم به جای نماند به یادگار/ با گرد باد حادثه تا آسمان روم.....»

و در ترانه تصویر کامل تر شده است:

«آتشی ز کاروان جدا مانده/ این نشان ز کاروان به جا مانده

یک جهان شراره تنها/ مانده در میان صحرا/ به درد خود سوزد/ به سوز خود سازد»

شاعر سپس خود را نیز "جدا مانده از یاران" می بیند. او نیز آتشی بوده که از کاروان بر جای مانده است. هر چه هم می کوشد برخیزد، شعله بر کشد و به کاروان بپیوندد نتیجه ای نمی دهد. ترقی در این جاست که دو بیت آوازی از غزل آتش کاروان را ، چاشنی احساسی ترانه می کند و بر تاثیر آن می افزاید:

«بخت سبک عنان، اگرم همرهی کند/ چون گرد ره به بدرقه کاروان روم/

سر می کشم چو شعله که برخیزم، ای دریغ/ کو پای قدرتی که پی همرهان روم....!»

ضرباهنگی که تجویدی برای ترانه برگزیده سازگارترین فضا را برای آتش بر جای مانده از کاروان به وجود آورده است. آتش کاروان را بیژن ترقی در سی سالگی سروده و در پنجاه و پنج سالی که از آن زمان گذشته ذره ای از جاذبه آن کاسته نشده است. خود او نیز این ترانه اش را سخت دوست می داشت و نام آن را بر پیشانی مجموعه سروده های خود نهاد که در سال ۱۳۸۵ در تهران انتشار یافت.

گفتنی است که ترقی در کار این گونه تصویر سازی های نوآورانه تنها نبود. نواب صفا با "تکدرخت" و معینی کرمانشاهی با "طاووس" و تورج نگهبان با "تصویری در خیال" در این راه با او همگام شدند و طی دو دهه چهل و پنجاه، طیف گسترده ای از ترانه های نوآورانه را پدید آوردند و به موسیقی سنتی تازگی و طراوت بخشیدند.

خانم 'نوشین سعید' امروز چهارشنبه در گفت وگو با خبرنگار ایرنا خاطر نشان كرد: غرب باید این موضوع را درك كند كه نمی تواند ایران را از توسعه فناوری صلح آمیز ھسته ای دور سازد.

وی با اشارہ به اینكه استفادہ از زور راہ مناسبی برای رفع سوء تفاهم نیست، افزود: غرب باید در نھایت برای گفت وگو با جمھوری اسلامی ایران در این زمینه حاضر شود.

عضو ارشد حزب مسلم لیگ پاكستان شاخه 'قائد' تصریح كرد چرا ایران نباید از حق دستیابی و توسعه فناوری صلح آمیز ھسته ای برخوردار باشد، در حالی رژیم صھیونیستی از این فناوری در مقاصد غیر مسالمت آمیز و نظامی استفادہ می كند.

وی ادامه داد: جمھوری اسلامی از امضا كنندگان پیمان منع گسترش سلاح ھای ھسته ای

(NPT) بودہ و حق دستیابی , توسعه و استفادہ از فناوری صلح آمیز ھسته ای را دارد.

حامد کرزی شرکت های امنیتی را تهدیدی برای امنیت افغانستان دانسته است

وزارت داخله (کشور) افغانستان می‌گوید که لغو اجباری برخی از شرکت‌های خصوصی امنیتی را تا حدود سه ماه به تاخیر انداخته است.

براساس برنامه‌ای که از قبل روی آن توافق شده بود، قرار بود فعالیت تمام شرکت‌های خصوصی امنیتی، به جز شرکت‌هایی که مسئول تامین امنیت مراکز دیپلماتیک و سفارتخانه‌ها هستند، از آغاز سال جدید خورشیدی (۱۳۹۱) متوقف شود.

اما مقامات می‌گویند که شماری از این شرکت‌ها برای توقف فعالیت خود به وقت بیشتری نیاز داشته‌اند.

نورخان حیدری، از مسئولان بخش "محافظت عامه" در وزارت داخله می‌گوید: این شرکت‌ها، عمدتا مسئولیت تامین امنیت کاروان‌های تدارکاتی ناتو را به عهده دارند.

مقامات می‌گویند که به این شرکت‌ها از چند هفته تا سه ماه وقت داده شده است تا تمام مسئولیت‌های خود را به نیروهای امنیتی افغانستان واگذار کنند.

کنترل بیشتر

حامد کرزی، رئیس جمهور افغانستان، از منتقدان اصلی فعالیت شرکت‌های خصوصی امنیتی بوده است. آقای کرزی کارمندان برخی از این شرکت‌ها را به آزار مردم و برهم زدن امنیت متهم کرده است.

اما همزمان، بسیاری از نهادهای غیردولتی، از جمله بانک‌های خصوصی و دفاتر تجارتی، نسبت به سپردن مسئولیت تامین امنیت خود به نیروهای پلیس افغانستان نگران هستند.

این نهادها سوال‌هایی را در مورد ظرفیت و توانایی واحد "محافظت عامه" که مسئول تامین امنیت آنهاست، مطرح کرده‌اند.

ناظران می‌گویند که این نگرانی می‌تواند باعث کاهش سرمایه‌گذاری در افغانستان و حتی توقف فعالیت برخی از نهادهای خارجی شود.

از زمان صدور فرمان ریاست جمهوری در مورد توقف فعالیت این شرکت‌ها تاکنون حدود ۵۸ شرکت امنیتی منحل شده است، اما بیش از ۴۰ شرکت دیگر به فعالیت خود ادامه داده‌اند.

از شرکت‌هایی که منحل شده‌اند، حدود نیم آن، شرکت های امنیتی خارجی هستند.

اقدام آقای کرزی در انحلال این شرکت‌ها، بخشی از تلاش‌های او برای انتقال مسئولیت‌های بیشتر از نهادهای خارجی به نیروهای افغان بوده است.

حکومت افغانستان در گذشته هشدار داده بود که اگر جلو فعالیت شرکت‌های خصوصی امنیتی گرفته نشود، کارمندان این شرکت‌ها به دردسر بزرگی برای امنیت افغانستان تبدیل خواهند شد.
